We are located on the northeast corner of Hannegan and Bakerview in a grey building with blue trim.  Our entrance is off of Bakerview Rd. and an immediate left into the parking lot.

We are committed to providing excellent care for you and make your health and safety our highest priority.   We have implemented increased precautions for your protection and all doctors and staff are required to complete daily health and temperature checks.  Dr. Leynes is also offering telemedicine appointments to certain established patients.  We ask that you come to your appointment alone unless an interpreter or guardian is required.

 Please bring your own mask to your appointment and use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving our office.
